These Terms govern your use of tujhe bat — Pakistan's online betting and casino platform. Please read them carefully before registering. By creating an account, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to everything written here.

Each Pakistani player may hold only one tujhe bat account. Duplicate accounts are closed without notice and bonuses forfeited. Your CNIC is used to verify identity uniqueness during registration.

To create a tujhe bat account you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:
tujhe bat uses your CNIC number and associated identity documents to verify age and uniqueness. We may request a copy of your CNIC and a selfie at any point during your account lifetime. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days of request will result in account suspension until verification is complete.
Important: One person, one account. Duplicate accounts are permanently closed and any pending or available balances are forfeited in full.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tujhe bat login credentials. tujhe bat will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. If you receive any such request, do not respond and contact support immediately at support@tujhebat.com.
You must notify tujhe bat immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. tujhe bat will investigate and take appropriate action. We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials or failed to report a suspected breach promptly.
tujhe bat logs all login activity and may flag unusual access patterns. If our systems detect suspicious activity on your account, we may temporarily freeze it pending verification. You will be contacted at your registered email or phone number to confirm your identity and restore access.
All transactions on tujhe bat are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). tujhe bat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your tujhe bat wallet within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. tujhe bat does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Fully verified accounts receive withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash in under three minutes around the clock. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within 15 to 60 minutes during banking hours. Card refunds follow the issuing bank's standard processing timeline of 3 to 7 business days.
Anti-Money Laundering: tujhe bat reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds in accordance with AML obligations. Requests must be satisfied within 30 days. Withdrawals may be held pending AML review when triggered by risk-based thresholds.
You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you previously used to deposit. Third-party withdrawals — sending your winnings to someone else's account — are not permitted under any circumstances.
tujhe bat offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions that take precedence over the general bonus terms stated here in the event of conflict. Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including creating duplicate accounts to claim the same offer multiple times — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All implicated accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.

tujhe bat has zero tolerance for any activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

Accounts flagged by these systems may be suspended pending investigation. tujhe bat will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in connection with any suspected criminal activity.
All content on tujhe bat — including but not limited to the tujhe bat name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game content — is the intellectual property of tujhe bat or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, publish, or create derivative works from any tujhe bat content without prior written permission.
Game content provided by third-party suppliers (such as crash game providers and slot game studios) remains the intellectual property of those suppliers and is licensed to tujhe bat for use on the Platform. You have no rights to that content beyond the right to play the games through the tujhe bat interface.
tujhe bat collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
In brief: we use your data to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, deliver customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We do share limited data with our payment processing partners and identity verification providers as required to operate the Platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, tujhe bat reserves the right to retain the account balance, including any winnings accrued during the period of breach.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes tujhe bat's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. tujhe bat's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits you have made to your tujhe bat account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
tujhe bat may amend these Terms at any time. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — we will provide at least seven days' notice via the email address registered to your account before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications and corrections may be made without advance notice.
The current version of these Terms is always available at tujhebat.com/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date are shown at the top of this page. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using tujhe bat and request account closure before the effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of tujhe bat that cannot be resolved through tujhe bat's internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
tujhe bat operates this Platform for use by Pakistani residents. If you access the Platform from outside Pakistan, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction. tujhe bat makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in any location other than Pakistan.
